Update on Rei's Patreon page changes.

There's been changes everywhere! I've switched from per-submission to per-month. There's also been changes to my milestones and the reward tiers. Let me first address an issue I've been having: When you get paid based on every thing you upload (and mark as "paid" rather than "free") there's a really strong incentive to just upload more stuff, even if its crap. I don't think I've fallen prey to that incentive, but it's still a bad incentive and I didn't like it. That was probably the single biggest reason for switching to per-month support for my patreon page. As a result, I will probably be getting less per month from my patreon supporters simply because where before they might support me with $1 per submission, they are now set up to support me with $1 per month. I hope I've been consistent enough in the past with my patreon uploads to merit increasing your pledges, even if its just to go from $1 to $2, or from $2 to $3, or what have you. I didn't like the idea of increasing the requirements for the reward tiers, as that felt like pulling the rug out from under you, so I hope you all will understand my position and react accordingly. My milestones now actually make *sense* as they'll be the measuring stick by which I determine how many hours I put into patreon-specific stuff per month. So the amount of stuff that ends up on patreon will scale directly with the level of support I'm receiving here. : ) Don't forget to check in with the "Art video livestream time form" so that I know what times work best for you! I'm very flexible, and I'll try to stream when it will be convenient for my supporters! Finally, I just wanted to thank you all again for your continued support! And don't forget the suggestion form!
