Edit : I misunderstood someone's comment and though the issue with the grey materials on the fatalities was figured out by someone, but was wrong, sorry for that! We will have to deal with it for a lil' bit longer!
Installation :
- Patch your .exe to allow mods : https://www.nexusmods.com/mortalkombat/mods/7
- Copy paste the files inside the .zip to Mortal Kombat 1\MK12\Content\Paks
