I see it too I think the legs might be too long in this and Kusuri v2, they take up more than half their full body heights so the proportions look off with a normal perspective. The bodies seem to be drawn in a more realistic 7 head heights from head to heel with normal sized heads making Shizuka look like a giant rather the usual anime style with 5-6~ head height with slightly bigger heads.
