I wish there were more of this kind of character. There is a whole untapped well of potential with this kind of concept and body horror stuff. The fascination between two is also something that could be interesting. Especially taken that JC's The Thing is basically just a scared alien trying to desperately survive in one of the most harshest weather the planet can have. Unless I got that wrong and It didn't come from a crash. Whatever the case, potential! yadda yadda yadda!
