Added 2022-12-26 18:38:02 +0000 UTCThis is the first time I have ever celebrated this holiday. A holiday of light in the darkest time of the year. I wanted to do a quick photoshoot and I found a perfect spot... right in front of the entrance to my flat. The snow covered the trees with a white blanket and it looked perfect... so cozy and fluffy.
First part (the blue one) I did one day but I wasn't completely happy with it so I repeated it the next night in a different outfit. With the second one was related a funny story.
It was about midnight. I thought everyone were asleep but then my older neighbours came from a walk with dog. Seeing their reaction I started laughing so hard. I explained what I am doing and they were in awe of how beautiful everything looked. Minutes after they went into the flat I saw them standing on the balcony and taking pictures of me to show to their grandchildren because, as they said, "I looked like an angel".
It made me feel really nice, wholesome. I realised how much I miss those kind smiles and gestures.

That’s such a lovely story of the response your neighbours had. Both sets of photos are beautiful - I particularly like the shot of you in the cloak with the lantern, turned as if inspecting more closely the snow laden trees. Is this white dress one you have made yourself? It’s a stunning design. Merry Xmas - this set was a lovely gift for us to receive. Hope you’re feeling a little better after your fever.
