Behind the Curtain

They see my silhouette in passing—tall, unmoving—and tell themselves it's a trick of the light. They never pull the curtain back twice.
I don't breathe. I don't blink. I wait.
One day, when their fear fades just enough, they’ll look again.
And this time, I won’t be behind the curtain.
I’ll be right behind them.
As you could already read on my patreon chat - this photoshoot was really spontaneous. I bought some fabric for my next bigger project but decided to have a little bit of fun first.
