✨ New Features:

PowerCFG Settings: Added based on your choices from the Discord server.
ThrottleStop Profile Management:
- New tab in Settings for managing profiles (hidden for AMD users; RyzenADJ used instead).
- Customizable power profiles for Intel processors:
  - Power Limit 1 (PL1): Adjustable from 15W to 115W.
  - Power Limit 2 (PL2): Adjustable from 15W to 115W.
  - Turbo Time Limit: Configurable between 1s and 120s.
  - Temperature Limit: Range from 85°C to 100°C.
- Profiles are saved per CPU model in Intel_profiles.json.
- Changes apply instantly when switching profiles.
- Default values are displayed for easy reference.

🪛 Optimizations & User Experience:

Intelligent CPU Detection: Automatically detects Intel or AMD processors to display relevant tools.
Profile Persistence: Settings are saved and persist across app restarts.
Real-Time Profile Application: Changes instantly applied via ThrottleStop.
Enhanced UI:
- Improved consistency with Windows 11 accent colors.
- Updated button and ComboBox styling.
- Added help icons with detailed tooltips for each PowerCFG setting.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved flickering in the Settings window.
- Added functionality to the "Close" button in Settings.
- Optimized rendering performance for a smoother experience.

🛠️ Technical Improvements:

Profile Serialization: Implemented saving and loading of profiles with safety checks for supported CPU models.
Error Handling: Enhanced logging and safety measures for seamless user experience.
Detailed Tooltips: Added for all power settings to guide users effectively.
Improved UI Updates: Reduced flickering during UI refreshes.
