Added 2021-08-07 13:14:26 +0000 UTCHi there everyone <3
I had this anonymously requested on my feedback form, after I did this on an asmr stream once. I learned it from this video many years ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKGtv84aSjo
I'll probably end up posting this on Youtube, too. But consider this as an early access / mp3 files just for you.
Any feedback? I can always make a non-ambience version or an even longer one.
Also, I'm streaming in a little under 3 hours!
Much love,

A non-ambience version would be amazing! I suffer from terrible cluster headaches and this would be an excellent listen when they're really bad

I’d love a longer version of it, maybe even 30 min or more? The background sound was perfect. Even if its just a loop of current one so it can be played while resting through the pain without having to look at phone or other devices. As light sensitivity is very common for headaches and migraines. I’ve had to describe my migraines for most of my life, never was I asked color or shape. Where: Everywhere. The color: Fire Shape: A Vice helmet with daggers, spikes and needles (I won’t go into farther details on that bit…for the sake of all) But Yeah.. that about sums up chronic migraine. I’ve suffered from them since I was 5 and unfortunately these past few years they have engulfed me like never before. Essentially its not ‘migraine days’ anymore. Instead its just 1 never ending, always present migrainethat can either be bad but tolerable with meds or debilitating. I’ve been through all meds, all treatments, countless trials, studies and every non traditional therapy you can imagine. I recently retried botox treatment (yep, they use it for migraines, different dose and dozens of needles all over your head & neck). Hopefully it helps as it once did. All that aside having never heard of this idea, let alone trying it was a nice surprise. I know meditation has helped me on occasion to break the severity of it so I’m thinking this works in a similar manner? Not sure but it is very interesting. If you do make a longer one the only thing I’d avoid is using any high pitch or loud noises as they can trigger more severe symptoms. But the tone, pitch and soothing pace in this was lovely. Im truly grateful you created this to share this technique. I’d love to try a longer version if you decide to make it. I do think if it helped me even that tiny bit then it could help a lot of people with stress and tension headaches. I saw another commenter saying it helped their cluster headache which is great because they can also be very intense, severe and painful. Of course helping anyone just a bit is worth so much in the realm of pain. So thank you.
