I can never get enough of audio cuddles. Also the way your brain works cracks me up. Part of me was literally like, it's just a pen, another part of me was like how funny would it be to get arrested for stealing a pen, another part of me felt the sheer joy of "doing something bad" like stealing a pen. @Phantasm Cat- thank you! 🤍 unfortunately these kinds of aggressive drivers are pretty common around my college, but it’s never been this close before. oh yeah, kleptomania could also be a good explanation for it. i’m not super knowledgeable on it, but i am taking an abnormal psych course this semester so i’m sure i’ll have a chance to learn more about it. i think Freud would be able to fit kleptomania into his Id, Ego, and Superego theory by saying that the impulse to steal, which would be the Id, is stronger than the Ego and Superego in a kleptomaniac, so the impulse wins over morality and reality. but that’s just his theory and i’m sure there’s a biological aspect to it as well (just did a quick search and apparently it’s caused by disruptions in neurotransmitter pathways for serotonin and dopamine) yeah that’s how i was imagining the scenario as well, like a busy street at night. i definitely agree that it adds realism to the scenario, i’m probably just sensitive to loud noises (and maybe the sound of cars brought memories of what happened earlier today 😅) but definitely appreciate the sfx to make the audio more immersive

Cosmicdreams, I hope you're feeling okay after that driving fiasco. Gosh that sounds scary! And that's an interesting point about the theory, where the id is creating this demand, the ego puts in the reality of the situation, and the superego sprinkles in some morality to keep it all in check. For a second, I would think that kleptomania would possibly be a reason as well, but I'm not too sure if this is considered an intense drive for the pens and whether he has that ability to control it or not. And I will say, the beginning sfx was a bit loud, but I thought of it as a scenario where both are on a busy street and in this moment he just couldn't wait to express his feelings. Adds in a bit of realism, at least I'd think of it as such. Thank you for sharing! And to Crunchy, just adding/agreeing on this part. It's always okay to take your time with the audios, and whatever content you do feel comfortable sharing will be happily accepted. This month was hard for many for various reasons, and what's been shared so far has been very comforting 💙

also wanna say, if you are struggling with making nsfw content, it’s totally ok and i wouldn’t want you to feel pressured to get back into it if you’re not up for it. it’s been a rough month, and i don’t wanna speak for everyone but based on comments i’ve seen i think people enjoy whatever content you feel like posting 🤍 also little side note about this audio: the driving cars sfx was a nice addition but i felt it was a bit too loud and i had some trouble hearing what you were saying during that part, not sure if that was intentional though? i might just be sensitive to loud noises too so it could likely just be a me thing

today was a shit show for me, almost got into a car accident twice (not my fault, guys in their 20s seem to have a death wish once they buy a Hellcat) so this cute little audio was a great way to relax and unwind after that chaos 🤍 a very sweet way to end this pseudo-series and loved the audio reference to “i’d love to take you here, in the park” one of my personal favs but something that will absolutely only exist in fantasyland for me cause i’m not trying to get arrested either 😅 that’s the beauty of these audios and our imagination though ooh, as a psychology major i perked up at the pen stealing psychoanalysis lol. i would say your desire to steal pens is part of your Id, the unconscious part of ourselves that includes our instinctive and hedonistic behaviors. the Id is driven by the pleasure principle, which means it wants to fulfill those desires right away and if we don’t, it results in anxiety and tension. your Ego is what keeps the Id in check, so maybe your Id has a desire to steal and your Ego decides to steal pens because it’s a relatively small thing to steal. the Ego deals with reality, and decides that stealing pens is a small enough item that most people won’t notice, so it fulfills your Id’s desire while also keeping the rules of reality in mind. and your Superego is the conscious part of you that feels guilt over stealing the pens. maybe guilt isn’t the right word, but you reflect on this behavior and wonder why you do it because of the Superego, which is concerned with morality and society’s standards of normal behavior. this is all based on Freud’s theories and i definitely have some issues with his theories but no doubt he’s been a huge influence in the field of psychology. i do think there’s at least a bit of truth to his theories, and i think your pen-stealing behavior represents this theory very well

Love the little references and the cuteness between the two characters. And let's not forget the rambles, I love love *love* the rambles so much! And you got me on the pens. Again with the pens! Do you ever think of it as "this pen looks abandoned, I'll take it to give it a good home" or do you think of it as "cool, a pen" and snatch? Or is it because as a kid, you knew stealing is wrong but have some sort of impulse and pens happen to be the one that's easily accessible and the least likely to cause harm, and that followed along through adulthood? It's an interesting thing to think about. But with that in mind, now I'm thinking of that one pen, that one mystical and fateful pen, sitting somewhere in Denmark, maybe at a bank or lost in the grass at a park, that you must hunt for to save the world. Crunchy, hero of humankind, ridding this pen from the clutches of evil. Thank you so much for sharing! Loved every second of it.
