[Ramble] Update and murmurs

Meow 🤍

Comments

Hello! New patron here. Wishing you safe travels on your upcoming trip. I don't usually comment much, but I enjoyed the question so here I am. I found my way here by very happy chance. I'm a big fan/consumer of situation CDs from Japan, sfw and nsfw, and had no idea there was an English VA community for the same kind of content. I found GWA completely by accident a few weeks ago on a blog post I just happened to stumble on. Very quickly I was listening to so much and just being so happy that I found people with the same interest. Almost immediately you became one of my favorites, your voice is so soothing and I have such a weakness for language. Your talent for improv and setting a scene is amazing. Was very happy to find out you had a Patreon. I love to support people who are doing "niche" things I enjoy. Will be happily working through the Patreon content this week 😊 Thank you for what you do.

Hi Crunchy 🌱 I hope pants worked out okay (and that you had a good time with your friend!). I found you on GWA, of course, after having wandered over from Syrin in early 2021 looking for more VAs. I had actually been listening to "harder" audios, but when I found you, it made me realize that I actually wanted much cosier audios. The first audio of yours I heard was the one in the back of the car 🥵 and it was all over for me then. Your audios reawakened part of me that had been protectively dormant for years, Crunchy, and made me want to start engaging with people again. My mental health improved by leaps and bounds listening to you, being in this community. I made my alt Twitter because of you and started putting my writing up, which led to meeting my play partner, who has made me happier than I ever thought I had a right to be. When I say you changed my life, I mean it, in ways I can't even express. I'm a Crunchy ride or die. I owe you everything. 🍋🌱💜

Finding Crunch: Going through GWA I made a list of the users who had an audio I liked, just trying to figure out what I liked. You happened to be fourth to make the list and the first to get a star. I think the stars meant multiple good audios, idk. The "I can fuck you in the storage room as long as we're quiet, right?" made your username burned into my brain. Yeah, as a barista everything was easy to imagine, even though we do not store earl grey in the back. Then I joined patreon for the sfw exclusives and rambles and such. Also, take your time with the culture/background audio

I honestly can’t believe I missed this one. These notifs are messing with me aiyaiyai… 😅 I’m super glad you’re being all cosy, you deserve it – hearing you relaxed and all is so good, and thank you so much for the update. Great to hear you’re doing well. How did I find you. Hmmm… December 25th, 2020 exactly. A friend brought me to the community, introducing Reddit to me via a different VA. I scrolled and scrolled, listened to the nice, to the obscure, and came upon Lustful_Crunch, thinking it was a sexy cereal channel or perhaps moaning between spoonfuls of cereal – I couldn’t put it past what I’d already heard, forgive me – and really quickly realised I was very wrong. I remember being upset because I couldn’t figure your accent, and the more I listened, the more I focused on your voice and the content; the more I could appreciate your ethic and cadence toward the scripts you filled and your improvs to choose from. In March, I found you had a Patreon and had to join. So yeah, you’ve been a favourite from the start (I hope I can say that). 💙 Hope you’re having wonderful weekend, Crunch. 🌹

Thank you so much!

Sure 🙂 it’s Tokio hotel. When I came across them a long time ago they only sung in German, now I think all their recent releases are in English! 😁✌🏻

it's been a minute since I've commented, been so overwhelmed lately with life & it's hard to leave thoughts when you're not in the right headspace. this has the perfect cosy vibes, love these relaxed rambles 🥰 I used to visit GWA every now and then and I remember coming across one of your posts (can't remember which) but I really liked it. I think I must have tried to find the post again after a little while in January and decided to click your profile to the links, followed your twitter and saw you were doing livestreams on twitch. I'd never watched streams before but decided to go ahead and join, and I'm so glad I did. Got addicted to your voice 😆joined Patreon and I've been here ever since~ Your latest audios have been so great and I appreciate you/your work so much, thank you ♡

Hi Stacey 😊 I am always looking for new music to listen to and was wondering if you would you share the name of the German band? I only know of Rammstein.

Found you on GWA after stumbling across the page after a recommendation from some other sub reddit.. become hooked when I heard your accent (I think it’s because it reminded me of a German accent?! 🤣 I was obsessed with a German band as a teenager, so it felt oddly nostalgic somehow and take that with a grain of salt because I’m Australian and can only speak lazy English 😁✌🏻)

I'm so with you on all of this. I used to be nervous about tags, now it's just... safe. I know that no matter what he throws at us it'll be good. 💜

Big agree with the Outside in the Rain audio being a great sleep aid. I mean, it’s also great as a nsfw audio, but if I’m even the slightest bit close to sleepy, it’s lights out with all those cosy gentle effects

Hi Crunchy! Hi Chat❤ I loved this cozy bed ramble. So soft. So comfy! Little murmurs 😍 Just lovely. I hope you have fun and lots of memorable experiences on your trip. Be safe. "Being okay with so many things that are not okay" I felt that in my soul. Take all the time you need. Okay so here's how I found you. Last summer I saw a tik tok (don't come for me. I know the app is shit) and they were using sound bites from another creator. I thought is this from a movie? TV show? I ended up on GWA and the original VA I was looking for had already left the platform. I was really bummed and scrolling through reddit and realized one, the tags can be overwhelming. Two, I am super picky about voices. You had just posted 'What are you doing out in the rain?' and I loved the tags and I gave it a chance. I'm glad I did. It's so funny to me now because when I listened the first time I was so anxious and tense. I wasn't having any of that shit. But now? Oh you're tying us up? Hell yeah! Let's goooo! Thank you for doing an anonymous form for the NSFW ama. ❤

How did I find your content? so I remember being horny in June last year and just wanting to listen to some man moans 😆 I sort of knew about GWA before and at that time I was also listening to some pillowtalk audios, so I wandered there. I'm like 90% sure that the first audio of yours that I listened to was a [hold the moan] [semi public] one with some duvet rustling sounds, I forgot how it's titled. But I think I clicked on it because at that time I was into that whole scenario of friends being sneaky, and this audio happened to be in the monthly top or something like that. Also regarding Copenhagen and places that are worth seeing, me and my friends were actually considering travelling there and driving through the bridge to Malmo. We wanted to drive through northern Germany, then to Denmark and through the bridge to Sweden (the bridge being the main point of the whole trip). And then we looked at the prices and well… I think we'll just settle for northern Germany lol (but if you have any fun recommendations then I'm all ears, because this plan is not completely scrapped yet!) And regarding sound-effecty audios, I always laugh at how easily the "What are you doing outside in the rain" one lulls me to sleep 😅 it's such a great audio and you put so much work into it, there's all the location changes, rain, shower, fireplace, some muffled sounds… and I'm usually asleep and snoring before they're even out of the shower 😅

I'm way better off now. I got a good enough job to blow money on porn lol. But whenever the topic of veganism and stuff comes up most people don't acknowledge the privilege of it, and I'm glad that Crunch does.

Sleepy Crunch murmurs instantly lower my blood pressure. I don't understand. It's basically magic. I've been poor my whole life. But I've been privileged in that I've never been food insecure. My stepfather knew how to both garden and raise animals. And we qualified for help from the tribe for commodities. Which is basically an allotment of shelf stable food once a month. It gets messy to try and explain, but . . . Food insecurity is way more common than people think. My neighbors were less lucky than us. There would be kids who would routinely hop the fence and eat jalapenos straight off the vine. Because they didn't have anything at home to eat. We would bring over stuff we got extra out of the garden or at the store after that. It's hard to focus on eating ethical/healthy food, when you have trouble getting just . . . food in general.

Seconding curly girl method for hair! Look it up on reddit. It was a godsend for me, someone with mixed-ethnicity hair that got curly when wet and that my mom had no idea how to handle. Saw someone above mention this as well, but I've always cut my own hair too ☺️ simple way to get a blunt cut is to comb it down and make a ponytail under your chin, then cut the ponytail. I was honestly shocked at how well it worked lol, didn't even need to ask a friend to help me trim any unevenness.
