I know many a friend who gets caught up in the responsibilities of life and struggles to embrace the more innocent and smol side of who they are because they feel like its either too late or there is too much depending on them. I know this audio isn't a cure all or something too big, but I hope that it will help someone to feel more safe and comfortable being you. I know that a lot of life has labels and prejudices that make it feel like you always have to shoehorn yourself into a particular box, but don't feel that way, you're you and everyone AND I MEAN EVERYONE has a small side to a certain extent, I mean think about it, aren't we at the end of the day, the same people we were as children only "more grownup" whatever that means. And I personally think that there is no need whatsoever for someone to feel bad for enjoying things that are not traditionally adult in nature whilst still being an adult. Much love to everyone and I hope that you will never feel like you have to hide who you are and be proud to be you <3.
