Weekly update – Busy Bees

Hi everyone,

This week I was busy with all kinds of different work. I put out the public version of Chapter 2.2, got a lot of bug reports and feedback for it that I needed to consolidate and started fixing some of the bugs already. I adapted some of my plans for the next version according to player feedback and set some things in motion for later down the release schedule, like sending future events for my writers. Last, but not least, I was working on more images for old events and the new player paper-doll.

So, as you can see, I had quite a busy week with a little bit of everything. One of those weeks where you’re busy all the time and working, but after it has passed you feel like you haven′t really done anything because you just did a ton of little things. Anyway, the point is that things are in motion, I finished a first version of the player image that I think should be a big improvement to the current version, and will have to continue working on it to then create a few hundred variations depending on your character’s body parts. At some point I’ll have to prioritize what content should really be part of Chapter 2.3 and what I will have to leave out to not keep you waiting for too long.

Sorry for the ramblings, and I’d still highly appreciate every bit of feedback I can get on Chapter 2.2 and XXXivilization in general.

Tldr: Worked on lots of small stuff, nothing really finished or ready to show off/discuss yet.
