Weekly Update – Onward to New Adventures

Since the gameplay-focused Chapter 2.4 release, I’ve been working on Chapter 2.5 which will include a ton of new content for you. I talked about planning and scheduling the work on the new version in the last update and it became clear to me that I have to cut some corners in a few areas – specifically the plan to have multiple player cities, it’ll have to wait a little longer – if I don't want to drag out the work on 2.5 for too long.
That being said, the main focus of Chapter 2.5 will be a new map, including several rival factions, new characters and tons of new events. Furthermore, I’ll continue to refine the changes from Chapter 2.4 and earlier with the help of the feedback I received so far.
The main content of the new map will a pirate island, with different pirate crews and captains fighting with the player for gold, glory and rum! You can already see the first of several new characters that’ll be introduced above – her name is Jacky and she will aid you on your adventures.
