Red-Toothed the Cult of the Blood God. Vol.1.

Many of you know that while working on a new set, I come up with not only the appearance but also the whole story of the gang, potential plot elements that could be added to the game, individual details that give life to the characters, but can be interpreted differently by the masters of the game. And I decided to share with you not only new tokens, but also the story of the Raiders from the Pack of Red-Toothed, the cultists of the blood god.

This cult originated in the working environment. The working collective of imperial manufactorums, employees of blacksmiths, personnel of port docks and truckers of mega-highway ore carriers regularly replenish gangs of cultists. Their unity is based on the Old Forbidden faith, the worship of the Red Moon or the Red Planet, but unlike the Adeptus of the Machine God, they consider the Red Planet to be the deity of War, the Element of carnage and oceans of Blood. Strength, the thirst for gaining Strength – often become the main reason for joining a cult. And all the rituals of the cult are based on raids and brutal reprisals.

Evidence*. 

Red thrones. In the area of places inhabited by cultists, you can find Red Thrones – coins painted with a chemical or just paint. Such thrones can be obtained by participating in fist fights or more brutal fights to the death. They are not only a reward, but also an indicator of the high status of the owner and often decorate their owners for show to the rest of the residents of the area. Over time, the paint wears off, and the coins take on their usual appearance, which forces those who want to possess them to constantly take part in battles. Usually, no one risks making fake coins for fear of payback. Red thrones – can be a great clue at the beginning of the adventure. Players faced with the coin that the thug paid, or finding such a coin on a corpse, gradually unravel the tangle of the mystery of the origin of the Red Throne and learn about the cult! You can find several of these coins on cult tokens.

This time I decided to add several non-combat characters to the set of cultists tokens. Tokens of potential NPCs that may be a source of information or part of the group's investigation. Here you will find an old champion of the fighting pits, the Leader of one of the fight clubs, a dealer in something related to the cult (this may be an additional diet, stim or soap), a female fighter already walking down the road of rage and a musician whose guitar riffs encourage action.

Cult units.

Red–toothed - got their nickname because of the tradition of a Pack of Raiders to paint the decorative part of their masks-ingolators in red. Blood can often be used as a paint. The Raiders are the cult's largest force in terms of numbers. A loosely organized crowd of former workers, ganged up and pumped up with stimulants to raid other workshops of giant factories or settlements in the wastelands. Participation in these bloody raids is a rite of initiation for the candidate. This is a way to prove yourself, get a trophy and, of course, bleed. This is a ritual of worship of the Red Planet and the god of war, blood and skulls.

Together with the crowds of Raiders, the Executioners participate in the attacks. The best of the veterans who have proven their strength, cruelty and devotion to the bloody god, these mighty warriors march in the ranks of cultists and vigilantly monitor that the level of aggression and cruelty is high enough. The one of the initiates who gets scared, shows weakness – will be immediately and very cruelly killed by the executioner for the edification of everyone else. Executioners command the swarms of raiders, lead them into battle and relentlessly punish weakness, in this flame of war, all those unworthy to walk the road of blood and fury.
