Patreon Exclusive Audios

I feel like I would bore you guys if I just kept doing ear licking over and over again, so I thought I could ask if you all had any requests! What would YOU like to hear for some patreon exclusives! It can be anything from specific triggers, to special scenarios!
Since you guys will be getting an exclusive audio a week, I would like to know what I should fall back on if I don't have any special ideas/scenarios, so what's something you'd always be happy to listen to as an exclusive!
(P.S. There won't be an exclusive today, It'll be later on this week as I'm trying to figure out what exactly to record for you all!)
