The concept is that the Sarkic Goddess of Flesh Yldaboth(?) is being imprisoned by the God of Intellect Mechanus(?). Normally its a bummer story but in 5001, Mechanus turnwd himself into a massive cage to capture the Goddess and allow humanity to achieve its potential Its very bitter sweet to me I dont know why
