From shivering alone in the cold to loving families and carefree life in Europe โค๏ธ These two will forever be in my heart! Thank you to the amazing people who adopted them and gave them a chance to live a happy life and make their lives more vibrant with their present! Thank you everyone for being with me this whole time. I thought I must share these photos with you because I know how much many of you cared. Love๐
