Thanks! And yeah, pretty soon!

Oh! Very nice on both counts! I have a Mahjong set but to one to play it with either. D:

I'm loving your reactions to the start of this amazing franchise bunny! Plus really looking forward to your next spicy upload I got my fingers crossed hoping soon.

"James 'R' Kirk"???? Whisky Tango Foxtrot????

Carlos Stevens

I really love how Mr. Spock shows emotion as a "young" Vulkan in this episode.

Carlos Stevens

It should be obvious that this was the second pilot, just by how they were dressed... and by how Spock played his role. And...you are forgiven. It was kinda a "shit show" trying to figure out what was going on back in the day when there was no internet.

Carlos Stevens

Yes! THAT’S what I was missing. You’re exactly right, thanks.

Wait till you see the episode where they introduce Spock's parents. As a second pilot episode....comparing the captains....in my mind.....there was no question that was Kirk's bridge and Kirk's ship. He came across with a swagger and air of authority that Jeffery Hunter just couldn't pull off. Also...communication.....so many surprises for you ahead!!! And the quote was from a 19th Century British politician, Lord Acton. One more thing...Star Trek TOS has the prettiest color of pink for the women's lipstick. Still trying to figure out the color lol.

I have that chess set but no one to play it with lol. And yes, I can recite the beginning in my sleep.

I think it's just this one episode that had subtitle problems. This episode did deliver what the network wanted -- it's interesting to see your reactions to this pilot compared to the rejected one. It's been fun watching these again with you, even though I've seen all of these episodes about 20 times. LOL

Superior intelligence requires superior morality, otherwise it's destructive and useless.
