This was one of the last practice sessions I held with my art buddy before his trip to visit a friend out of country. It was a totally self indulgent session, with no tutorials watched. More of an art jam really. I just decided I needed a pick me up and wanted to draw some of that pear shaped gilf cat from that weird Noah's Ark cartoon crushing Misfit. And so I did, starting with some practice sketches before moving on to the actual image idea I had.

I realized after the fact that in the final i totally screwed up Misfit's feet, as he's supposed to have hooves. But at present I'm working on one final little colored pic that I stupidly used the same canvas for, and it's more of a pain to deconstruct it to repair this sketch for the time being. So let's just chalk it up to Misfit changing forms.
