Okay, so, funny story. I was just done doing the lineart and coloring on this frame:
And I was contemplating how I was going to re-draw the background (thank you for all the advice on my last post btw!!) and trying to find references when I suddenly just ran out of motivation. It was like *POOF*.
It felt like pulling teeth trying to make myself continue, so instead I was like hey, you know, I've wanted to try making an RPG type game for a while, so why not just work on that and see if I can get re-motivated. So what initially started out as just a small coding experiment, actually turned out to be really fun and thus:

Needless to say, I spent way too much time on this, which truly shows the power of procrastination. I'd also never made an inventory system before, and it was a fun challenge :D I think I might make a game kinda like this eventually. It would probably be like a short zombie Apocalypse/psychological horror type game.
Anyway, idk if this game will go anywhere, but if any of ya'll have names for these characters, let me know, because as you all know I am terrible with names. I know in the game screenshot the MC says their GF's name is Astha, but I dunno, I'm open to other ideas as well :3
But the good news is that I do feel a little more motivated to work on Succubus Simulator again after this lil break of working on something else. I've been slow lately, and I think it's bc I need a bit of a longer break between chapters. Hope ya'll don't mind too much!!! > v <

Wow that RPG looks neat! I like the sprite style! Name suggestions from me are: Person 1: I actually super agree with Jackie Person 2: Noel Person 3: Scarlet Robot 1: Al3x (obligatory 3 for E) Person 4: Ezekiel (Zeke for short) Person 5: big agree with Sadie. I hope some of those are helpful!
