I don’t believe therapy is necessary for everyone, but I do think an evaluation is important first. That said, I absolutely believe it should be accessible to everyone. Mental health is incredibly important, and I’ve seen firsthand how much therapy benefits people—especially in the UK, where it’s more accessible to those who need it. I don’t condone violence in any form, but certain behaviours and attitudes, like the way Sean physically lashes out at his friends, definitely need to be addressed. I understand his struggles and where he’s coming from, but I strongly disagree with how he handles things. Violence isn’t the answer, and therapy would be a much healthier alternative. You mentioned that therapy isn’t cheap, and that’s true. Maybe the real conversation should be about making it more accessible. I know I’m speaking from a place of privilege, having grown up in Europe where healthcare is widely available, but I truly wish that were the case everywhere. Out of curiosity, what do you think would be a better solution for someone acting as a vigilante with violent tendencies? 😅

2025-03-31 16:32:51 +0000 UTCsince we are discussing Sean i would also like to add in a broader sense that it's very easy to say things like he has anger issues and he needs therapy ..the way therapy is thrown around nowadays like its such a norm for everyone...majority of d population in d world dont even know what therapy is...also therapy isnt cheap...looking at Sean's economic condition do you really think he would be able to afford therapy ?.it's very easy to judge someone from our own moral standards but very difficult to put ourselves in der shoes and think from der perspective !!
