Progress report + Community recolor 2 shorts color poll results

Hey everyone, time for another weekly progress report! This week went pretty well, all things considered; I had some other obligations to deal with on top of the usual stuff, like taxes (we filed for an extension, and now the extended deadline is coming up), so I didn't have the brainpower to get anything else done on some days. Aside from that, though, I'm happy with the rest of the week.

I was finally able to start working on implementing the new cutscenes, starting with the new intro, for obvious reasons. Not only is it the first thing that happens in the game, but it's also arguably the most complex of the new scenes, so it'll need the most work and polish. I haven't finished implementing it yet, but I've made some good progress, and I hope to (mostly) finish the intro in the next few days. We still need a number of new assets for it, which aren't ready yet, so a good amount of the scene is placeholder - but as long as the implementation is done now, swapping temporary assets out later will take almost no time at all.

And now for the community recolor! Last week we voted on shorts color, and here are your winners:

Would you believe it if I told you it happened AGAIN? For Recolors 1 and 2, Discord and Patreon were in full agreement, with C and B coming out significantly ahead of the pack. But just like every other poll, there was a significant voting difference on one option, this time for Recolor 3: on Patreon the vote was overwhelmingly in favor of C, but on Discord it was D that came out ahead. In total though, Patreon's wish came true and C took the victory. If I didn't know better I'd be starting to wonder if this was planned somehow, the consistency from week to week is incredible to watch unfold.

In any case, with shorts out of the way, we're moving on to Alicia's hair color next! As always, pick as many options as you want - but you probly know how the polls work by now.
