The free raffle will be held for Colonel tier and up! (Colonel, Brigadier, and Captain)
If no one enters the raffle, she will be sold. (Not everyone can take care of a new character atm!)

Once I post the adopt, I will tell people to comment on it and then a random generator will choose the winner! You need to be on the Colonel tier to be able to comment once I do post it!
