Clark found himself staring up at the sky, disoriented and unsure of where he was. Was he still dreaming?
He saw the lush beach and glistening waters, and slowly—so slowly—he began to recognize the setting. It was Themyscira… and yet, not quite.
As his vision cleared, more of his surroundings came into focus. He felt the gentle breeze rolling in from the sea and realized, with sudden awareness, that he wasn’t wearing any clothes. But before he could react, he heard the sounds—light, footsteps, a presence.
She entered his view—radiant, commanding, and impossibly beautiful. Beauty made flesh
She stepped closer, towering over him, and then he heard her voice—a soft, sultry whisper that wrapped around his name like a caress.
“Sweet Clark, there you are.” Her voice a sweet melody, he liked the way she said it. They way she spoke, the way she said his name.
