Progress update week 1 (v2.5)
Added 2022-01-09 11:46:57 +0000 UTCAaaand a week has passed since the release of episode 2. Besides some minor hiccups, most of it has been well received, and I thank both old and new patrons that opted to support me.
As many know (I am probably getting boring with it already) next is episode 2.5, which will hopefully release in a months time. For that, I am fixing all the old scenes from episode 1, as many scenes are dreadful and also use old character models.
Progress done so far:
- All opening "dev talking" scenes revamped
- All opening scenes in general with MC
- Whole airport completed (burger shop, running, plane, checkout)
-> Scenes skipped that won't be remade: the short drive in taxi from airport to your new place
In total, a whopping 195 images at the moment. There are also minor text fixes, small dialogue changes, and the burger shop scene has been slightly revamped to what happens. But no worries, if you don't want to restart the game, you didn't lose any variables or super important information compared to ep2.
On the images shown, you can see some changes between old and new that I really wanted to show. I think just those images prove the point that it needed to be redone. Not every single scene will be picture perfect, but I am trying my best to increase the quality as much as I can.
