idk if this helps but if you pay with paypal, you can pay in installments, so it'll be around 25 every 2 weeks

Even as a Patreon it might be tough to squeeze out those $100 by the deadline(<1week...), making the 400 even tougher. Without compromising on price students could pay for it as they advance. For ex) $55 a lesson.
