Critic's Corner!

Our fellow photographer, Art, sent his last photos for Critic's Corner. And I think we can discuss it. A few things can be improved, in my opinion.
First, great location and models. It looks like an artist's studio. Maybe, it could be more interesting to see more stories here. Not just girls posing, but creation of art in the process. One girl can be a model, another artist or sculptor. You did some steps in that direction, next time try more.
Now, some advices.
a) Composition. I guess it's better to focus more on the model.
And my version, something like that.
b) Look at her distorted reflection in the mirror. Not good.
I removed it, and again, more focus on the model!
c) Great shot. But crop is not the best. IMO, keep the toes or crop much higher.
My version:
d) Composition. Try to use more cinematographic cuts for the spectacular shots like this. And let's hide this distracting parrot. Before:
After:
e) Cinematic crop. Rotate mirror wise, more focus on the dark hair model.
What do you think?
d) Again, more model, less backgound.
And light!
And a bit more Art's pictures.
