Fortnightly Dev Report
Added 2021-01-01 15:35:16 +0000 UTCThe spoiler-free biweekly report is back! Many apologies for the delay! Here are the things that we have worked on since the last report:
- Finished implementing chapter 11 scenes and started working on chapter 12
- Drew a lot of new battle graphics, and colored+implemented about half of them
- Drew some new facesets
- Redesigned Aden
- Made and added a lot of new maps
- Made and added a lot of new sprites
- Added a lot of NPCs
- Almost finished a new CG
- Made and added interrogation graphics for a character
- Composed and added a lot of new original soundtracks 8
- Made changes/improvements to various existing maps
- Made changes to some skills and items
- Started adding chapter cover graphics to chapter introductions
- Added a music menu which lets you listen to the game's music
- Made improvements to the enemy menu
- Made and added more escape backgrounds
- Made stealth enemies detect and help their captured allies on the map
- Added a keybinding customization feature (for the WASD lovers out there)
- Made a lot of changes to the base code, including various QOL and performance improvements
- Tons of bugfixes, of course
- Some other smaller changes and additions
- Released v38 to testers
