Doubtful. Remember in the explanation, these are people who were traumatized by their experiences with Noxians. These are probably run-of-the-mill experiences where they scared the crap out of these people.

Remember that Noxians are trained to utilize fear for various purposes ( though I don't think Brandon has ever been clear as to what those purposes are). Their normal intent is to scare humans. So it stands to reason that humans' normal encounters with them would be traumatizing if they truly are the monsters under the bed.

I feel like it's unlikely she was so unprepared for such a basic question. Like even if this is somehow their first time getting asked that question, surely she would have practiced some common questions and responses in her head before doing this?
