Progress: DVa Storyboard, Marah Sequence, Marah Animation

I just wanna get some practical stuff out there. Skip down a couple paragraphs if you just want the goods. Anyway, I'm gonna try and keep my attitude about making these Patreon posts a little more lax from now on. Trying to make these sound all nice and formal is a waste of my time, and it leaves me with a tendency to make promises that I shouldn't be making. That said, I've made progress on all three things I set out to, so don't worry. Those will be in this post.

I also took last week off. I've had a bad tendency to stress myself out with this Patreon stuff, especially given that I work 40 hours a week on boring shit, so I've decided a change of pace is in order. Ideally, this'll let me not burn out so much, and when I do, just go ahead and give myself time to recover like I just did instead of just trying to push harder. With any luck, this'll teach me to pace myself so I can stay happy instead of rushing and being miserable and/or making crappy content.

Long story short, I'd like to keep explicit promises to a minimum. That doesn't mean less content, that just means I'll be a little more "do whatever I feel like on a whim" with things I plan and avoid announcing them until I'm sure I want to commit fully.
