2019-07-19 01:10:59 +0000 UTCOne possibility is make it so the three votes are first, second and third choice - so even if three characters got five votes each chances are one will have more "first"s. Or get each voter to rank all the characters from most wanted to least, but that puts a lot more effort on the voters and means a lot more data to process.
