I've finished the polish for about 40% of the animation now, so only a little over the other half left to go and it will be fully done! I've tweaked pretty much all of the materials on my models to fit better with the background's color palettes and shading styles, so now it should look a lot more cohesive! However, the "end-of-week" date is starting to look a little tight, so at worst it will be released next week, but I'm still trying to hopefully get it done this week (or at least this weekend)!
I do need your opinion on something though, while I was redoing the color palette of my models, I also wanted to try replacing the black letterbox (the two bars on the top and bottom of the screen) for a more "red-ish" color, similar to the outlines on the props and characters, I thought it looked pretty good! But I'm not sure if it's too distracting... At the same time I've been looking at these black letterboxes for the past few months so I might just have gotten too used to them! So I wanted to get your opinion before I do the changes to all scenes... Which one do you think looks the most pleasing to you? (It should also give you a preview of the new color and material changes!)
