π Protection Candle + Simple Crystal Grid π
Added 2020-10-02 18:15:13 +0000 UTCGood morning Moon babes! Today I wanted to share a simple protection grid that is affordable yet powerful! This seven day black candle is from the dollar tree (stock up during Halloween on these dudes! They only sell the black ones for a limited time!)
I have four selenite sticks, four bloodstone crystal tumbles, and four white quartz shards for this spell!
Now you can tweak and add to this spell as MUCH as you would like! I would recommend dressing this candle with protection and banishing herbs! Some of my favorite house hold items would be bay leaf, pepper, rubbed sage, cinnamon, rosemary, basil, star anise, cloves, salts, fennel, garlic, and SO many other herbs. You can grind them up in your mortal and pestle, cleanse your candle and then dress and anoint it.
The way I like to dress my candle is to cleanse the outside with Florida water, then use a chopstick to pierce three holes into the candle all the way down (try not to scrape the sides of the glass but if y ou do no biggie! I use a carrier oil on top of the candle and make sure that the oil reaches the holes and is able to go down them. Then I place all of my herbs in the candle and swirl them around, I use my chopstick to push the herbs down into the hole and your candle is dressed! You can add prayers or any chants you would like during this phase as well!
From here it is time to build your crystals grid! I was really drawn to bloodstone today so that's what I grabbed but you can use any protective stones that you have with you! I liked using selenite because it's a great energy conductor and cleanser at the same time, build your grid however you feel right! You can deflect the energy or ask the candle to absorb it for you!! I added a few skulls to the sides both for decoration and as a symbol... tehee..
