✨Health Epsom Salt Ritual Bag ✨
Added 2020-10-03 22:23:50 +0000 UTCGood afternoon Moon babes! Today I wanted to share a really great health ritual bag! This is great for baths and showers!
For this you will need:
Epsom salt.
Lemon balm for healing, success, happiness, and to bring in the divine feminine.
Bay leaf for purification and protection!
Lavender to aid in calming, cleansing, meditation, tranquility, and anti stress!
Juniper berries for good health, protection, love, clarity, and wisdom.
Rosemary to help protect and ward, detoxify, and protection.
Finally a tea bag, charm bag, or glass jar to keep this in.
What I like to do is cleanse my space and tools, (you can cast a circle or whatever you feel most comfortable with) and add each item into the bowl activating each item for their intended purpose, once everything is in I will meditate/chant/ect over the bowl while stirring until I'm satisfied and I feel my energy "land". Then I will either put it in a glass jar for later or into an organza bag in the bath or shower!
