I Had A Trickster Spirit Attached To Me

Good morning moon babes! I am SO sorry I was MIA yesterday but I had a WILD day... ( I am going to be giving two spells in this to make up for not posting yesterday!)  As most of you know I absolutely scream about working with my ancestors 24/7 and well... today that came for me a bit haha.

I was getting spellwork done by a friend ( sometimes I LOVE to have others hands in my magic because they offer different energies and often times can see things you might be missing.) So they sit down to do my reading before the spell and reach out and says, "So I am seeing a trickster spirit, its new but you need to check up on who you are talking with..."

Cut to an hour later and another practitioner picking up the same thing. Except now we had a name, The French Lougarou, apparently the one that was attached to me was straight from Haiti.. So that was fun, now was to figure out HOW IN THE WORLD THIS HAPPENED. I am a very careful in my practice and honestly was shocked this happened and slid by me. Come to find out this trickster was HIDING amungst my ancestors. So while I was praying to them, leaving them offerings, and so on I was also doing the same to this entity. Now this didn't go on for very long so they were not able to leech off of me for too long but it's still upsetting. 

I had to break my connection with the spirit and to do that it unforutunarly meant I had to break down my WHOLE ancestor altar, banish them out of my home and away from me (mainly focusing on the lougarou) but everyone had to go. It was EMOTIONAL, because I can't just build it back like it was before I have to completely re build and allow ancestors in slowly, building their altar back as I do so to make sure I am not missing a single thing. 

While my friend was doing the spell work he could see the fight happening with my proaction candle, he said he could feel my ancestors trying to break though but there was SO much static from the trickster. I jumped up from my dinner ( because I had planned on researching this thing, planning a whole ritual out and then banishing it, that would have been a few days later but we both just knew it needed to be don't that moment.) 

When I tell you guys I moved that spirit out of my house like a fight from the Bad Girls Club I'm NOT kidding. I was spraying Florida water all over my altar yelling its name and to leave me alone and to GTFO, meanwhile ripping my altar apart. I mean throwing crystals in different corners of the room and fully removing every single part. The whole time I was clapping in 3's, shouting, energy pushing this trickster out. I know my neighbors probably think I'm batshit.. 

While I was doing this my friend was seing the fight pick up, he started to be able to smell my family ( he's in another state) and we swung on it spiritually until it left. Now I will have to rebuild my altar and relationships a bit but my ancestors understand. I know they wouldn't have let anything terrible happen to me, so I'm almost tghingking they let this slid through so I WOULD have to deal with it. There is so many people in my family that practice voodoo and I just don't. It hasn't been a practice I felt comfortable or confident in (and yes I would still get a reading to make sure im allowed) but this just feels like they are saying "Baby you're not following our family traditions so we will SHOW you." Not as aggressive as I just wrote it but I really can't help think this whole thing is a test...

Im save and protected for now, I will also make a much more detailed video explaining all of this with clips (because I took some clips as I was banish its ass) and I'll update you as things go along!
