☕️ Tea For When You Have a Headache ☕️

Good morning moon babes! I hope your week has been going well, it seems like this week has been flying by! Today I wanted to share a tea recipe I like making when I have a headache. With some of my auto immune diseases headaches are a "normal" thing for me, and I personally do not like taking copious amounts of pills on the daily so when I can I try and swap those pills for more home remedies.

What you'll need:

Chamomile - For calming, purification,

Lavender - For peace,

Cinnamon - This is a great antioxidant, healing, and protection.

Lemon balm - Aids in releasing negative emotions, healing, happiness.

Rosemary -Aids in mental clarity, energy cleansing, strength, cleansing, purification, protection, etc!

Sage - For prosperity, mental clarity, protection, prosperity, cleansing, and increase energy.

Tea Bag

I start with a splash of fresh CLEAN moon water in my kettle and boil the water, while the water is starting to boil gather all of your supplies. Take your supplies to your altar and cleanse yourself and space! This should be a low energy task (normally done while you already have a headache and sometimes completing tasks can get difficult.) I personally like to make sure to call in my ancestors for guidance and assistance for this however you don't need to!

Grab your tea bag and herbs, as you are adding the herbs to the tea bag make sure you are activating them! Please remember to use organic / cullinary grade herbs that are safe for you to be drinking, also add or take away any herbs you might not like the taste of or you might find works better for you! After everything is added into the tea bag and the tea is steeping, you can go ahead and add your milk or sweetener and stir! While you are stirring keep your intentions clear for passing your headache and feeling clear minded.
