Good afternoon moon babes! Its been a wild two weeks on my end, I’ll be back this week with another podcast episode so pls leave any topics you’d like me to talk about below!

I went camping last night and was thinking about shadow work prompts while staring at the fire for a few hours, I personally worked on grief as I’m currently going through a grieving process, but for you guys I thought it would be nice to give a few different options! Remember to be kind to yourself while you are working on shadow work prompts! 🤍

-What is an insecurity of yours that is constantly on your mind? Write about it, how it makes you feel when it is either brought up ( by yourself, in media, by others ect.) When you are done write all of the positive things that you would feel leaving that insecurity behind. Once you are done fold that letter up and throw it in the trash.

-Write a letter to the universe, thanking it for whatever you feel like you need to thank it for. It can be for the beautiful flowers you see on your way to work/school, for the amazing people that live on it, whatever your heart desires!

-Do you have difficulties coming to terms with being wrong in a situation? If so why, what triggers that response in those moments?

-Are you 100% honest with yourself everyday about your feelings and emotions that run though your body? The reality of this is probably not, if so ask yourself why.

A few updates for the tiers who get goodies sent to them! Some of you guys have messaged me letting me know you are still waiting on your package, USPS is seeming to take a bit longer with packages right now so know they are coming! I will be shipping this months goodies a week earlier to try and avoid this again!
