Spiritual Waters! And Why I Adore Them

I'm feeling much better and wanted to share a "podcast" ep on some of my favorite spiritual waters! Sick brain got to me at times through this ep so I'll go ahead and say sorry for that now as well lol. Let me know how you like using some of these waters in your practice!
