Harvest Full Moon Simmer Pot Recipe & Spell

Good afternoon moon babes. The full moon is here! The moon will reach peak illumination on September 10th at 5:58 A.M Eastern Time / 2:58 A.M. Pacific Time.

For this full moon, we are in a crazy heat wave, which means unfortunately I will not be enjoying a ritual bath. We voted on a poll on insta stories and they were pretty much tied up, however the simmer pot was slightly in the lead! Simmer pots are a really amazing way to bring the energy in your space up while also making it smell AMAZING, all while completing a ritual!

-For me, the Full Harvest Moon holds the energy of gratitude, is a transition between seasons, and represents healing, release, heightened intuition and emotions, this time is perfect for grounding and protecting your energy. This simmer pot was put together with all of those intentions in mind.

The full Moon that happens nearest to the fall equinox (September 22 or 23) always takes on the name “Harvest Moon.” Unlike other full Moons, this full Moon rises at nearly the same time—around sunset—for several evenings in a row, giving farmers several extra evenings of moonlight and allowing them to finish their harvests before the frosts of fall arrive.
