MEGA Account Has Been Terminated

They do seem to be on a bit of a kick at the moment...

Because nobody truly loves them, so they achieve a kind of satisfaction in knowing that they're "living in your head" (due to your frustration/irritation/anger gnawing at you). The best revenge against a troll is to quickly and completely forget their entire existence... which is ironically what happens in their physical life too.

Google Drive has a strict "no porn" policy, so the risk is still present unfortunately. Dropbox is fine, although some people don't like it. And OneDrive is a nightmare as a backup tool if you have multiple computers ^_^; Setting up my own server solves all my hosting problems, however, and gives me the chance to expand into my own website, merch and possibly even payment processing. Lots of possibilities :)

Absolutely sick of how Mega keeps on doing this to different creators, just cancelled my Mega Pro subscription.

Yeah, this could potentially open up new revenue streams as well as give me considerably more control over CK (and all subsequent games). So yay for that! As for the Damimakura cases, I hadn't thought about that but I shall add it to the list of potential merch! Kana, Ami and the Pool Twins for the initial release run? ;)

Other websites were reported in this as well, MEGA appears to be be reviewing all of their accounts. So don't feel hated, and btw great game! Keep up the good work!

Arc, this saddens me to hear. It's completely uncalled for, but I guess things happen for a reason. This just means that you can make a website and do things your own way and don't have to worry about Negative Nancy's ruining things. I hope you do get some merch because I'd definitely love to have some Damimakura cases made with the girls likenesses on them and who knows? Maybe some t-shirts as well!!

I should be able to integrate a Patreon login so people can gain access to everything on the site via their Patreon account. But whether I can or I can't, everything will still be available on this page as normal - the only difference is that all the "MEGA" links will now be changed to "ARC" and will point to direct download links. No extra logins or anything required :)

I looked into it, but Google has a "No Porn!" policy so I think I'd just be in the same situation again later on down the line :P

I actually did use Anonfiles originally but had to drop it because of its frequent outages, sadly. Hopefully my own website will allow for fast, stable downloads - with no cap like MEGA had! :)

There are better uploads sites anyway, like: Anonfiles, or Mixdrop, or Racaty. But your own website will be a more effective solution.

What you host with may require bandwidth charges, focus on better compression for images and videos in the app (webp vs jpeg) and maximizing the compression on the zip file (7-zip ultra).
