Thought it would be better if they maintained their separate heads and personalities.
The youngest of the foster family, Darla Dudley (Speed of Mercury), gets too close the her oldest sibling, Mary Bromfield (Wisdom of Soloman), while transforming into their adult superhero forms. This results into them merging together during their transformation and are unable to return to normal.
Using Darla's youthful energy and Mary's gifted intelligence, they decide to become a Full Time 'Two-Headed Superheroine'.
