This set and next week's set are the last of my pre-filmed vids 🙈 This norovirus whooped my ass. I lost so much of my muscle gains because I haven't been able to eat for 9 days. Feels like I'm starting from zero again. We'll make it back! 👊😮💨. Maybe I'll do a before and after shot to gas myself up later? Add some fitness to this channel? 🤷
Finally had a real meal this morning, and it feels AMAZING to have calories in. I think I'll be fine to resume filming in the next day or so, so 🤞🙌
