Design of "Nordic Aygul and Casia"

In our world, girls would move from modern-day Georgia through the river network across Kyivan Rus, completing a trip approximately to Gotland or Åland islands. The legend of Aygul ends in autumn, meaning that Tapani must stay in river lands over the winter, and he can access home earliest next spring after the ice melts (unless he decides to walk). Aygul is from modern-day Azerbaijan/North Iran and has some symbols in her clothing. Casia has a more fantasy appearance also with her costume. But if I point her origin to the map, I would point to Pakistan or India. We must remember that her father is from Batumi, so she is a mixture.
