the reason for this announcement is because of the following, many people have told me that there are characters that have previously won in the voting, and that after a few weeks they enter the voting again.
As well as the characters that enter in the voting and do not win, they have a rule of not entering the following week but in 2 more weeks.
Since the character who won, will be suggested again, he/she will not be able to enter until 6 months from now, to give the opportunity to other characters.
Example:
Mina Ashido won this week.
Therefore she will not be eligible for another 6 months.
However, Tenten who lost, does not enter next week's voting, but she can enter next week after this week.
This rule will start the next voting, since this one is already advanced.
I apologize to the people who found this weird and unfair, and also to the people who want to see again a winning character in the voting.
