[공지notice] 2022.보상 개편 Reward reorganization after January 2022

조만간 티어별 보상을 개편하는 걸 알리는 공지입니다.
보상은 2월부터 개편될 예정입니다.
(12월과 내년 1월의 1티어 보상은 여전히 18p 만화로 만들어집니다. 그리고 4월도 18p 만화형식입니다.)
최근 컴퓨터가 고장나 한 달을 휴재하였는데, 일주일이 안되는 작업공백으로 한 달이 통째로 마비되어버렸습니다.
작업량을 지나치게 빡빡하게 책정해서 일어난 일이 아닌가 생각합니다.
요즘 작업량이 버겁기도 하고, 1년 가량 쉬는 날 없이 계속 작업하느라 번아웃이 올 뻔 해서 방식을 바꾸긴 해야겠구나 절감했습니다.
또, 현재 1티어 만화 형식이 많은 후원자들의 다양한 캐릭터 리퀘스트를 받지 못하고 일부만 만족하는 게 아닌가 하는 우려도 있기에, 기존의 만화형식을 폐지하고 다양한 캐릭터를 그리는 쪽으로 다시 선회할 예정입니다.
2, 3 티어용 보상 역시 그에 맞춰 개편하려 합니다.
1티어는 기존의 2,3 티어와 비슷하게 리퀘스트로 전환할 예정입니다만, 기존과 다르게 2~3컷 가량의 그림으로 채우려 합니다.

2,3티어도 마찬가지로 2~3컷 형식으로 개편됩니다.

다만 만화형식은 완전히 없애는 것이 아니라 1,4,7,10월에 투표, 추첨 혹은 제 개인의 지정에 따라 소재가 결정됩니다.
일반적으로는 투표로 결정될 예정입니다.
그리고 6개월 이상 후원하신 분들에 한해 커미션 형식의 별도의 후원을 지원하시는 분의 소재를 지정할 수도 있습니다.
어디까지나 그동안 다수결로만 결정되어 소수의 추천은 계속 외면받았던 것을 해결하려는 하나의 방법이기도 하고, 원래는 제가 커미션으로 만화형식을 작업했기에 만화형식의 커미션을 신청하고자 하는 분들의 요청도 종종 있어서 넣은 방식입니다.
어떻게 보면 추가적인 후원금으로 표를 산다고 볼 수도 있겠네요.
비용은 커미션에 비해 훨씬 저렴한 금액으로 책정됩니다.
물론 소재나 장르는 패트리온 후원자들이 전반적으로 지향하는 쪽으로만 받을 예정입니다.
이렇게 만화형식으로 작업을 하는 달에도 2,3티어는 2~3컷 일러 형식이 유지됩니다.

+기존의 투표제에서 누적추첨제로 바뀝니다. 당첨되지 않는 경우 다음달에도 같은 캐릭을 추천하면 추천이 누적되어 당첨될 확률이 올라갑니다.
다른 후원자의 추천캐릭에 댓글을 달아서 추천을 누적시킬 수 있습니다.

기존과 다르게 결제된 달에 당첨캐릭을 배포받는 것이 아니라 1티어와 마찬가지로 다음달에 받도록 바뀌었습니다.
작업량이 올라 기존대로 하면 일정을 맞추기 힘들 뿐만 아니라 1티어도 추첨제로 바뀌어서 혼동이 없도록 하기 위함입니다.

This is a notice for the alterations made on the rewarding system on each tier.
The new system will take effect from Feburary, 2022.
Rewards for December, 2021 and January, 2022 will remain the same - 18 pages of comics. April's reward will also be a 18-page comics.
Recently, I took a month of recess as my PC broke down. I couldn't work for weeks before I received a new replacement. That made it impossible to meet the deadline, as I was already pushing limits to deliever you with my work.
I nearly experienced a serious burnout, working for a whole year without taking any vacation. That made me think that I would need a new system.
Also, many of my supporters are not receiving adequate rewards for their support, so I came to a conclusion I should not draw a long comics with only a single pool of characters. So main rewards will be consisted of several characters from various pools, and Tiers will be adjusted corresponding to the main reward.
Tier 1 will be filled with requests, but it will have 2-3 cuts for each page.

I may still draw comics in January, April, July, and October, depending on the results of the vote or corresponding circumstances.
Mostly, a vote will be thrown which will decide whether to proceed that month's reward with a single comic strip.
Also, for patrons who have supported me over 6 months, you will receive a right to send me a request in form of a commission to make sure which subject will be drawn. This is my personal solution to make compromise between ignored minority and personal desire to receive commissions. This will be a viable solution for the people who would wish to request a commission.
Since it is a buyout with public access, all subjects drawn will be open to the public, but you will receive a considerable discount.
Subject matters will be restricted to what my supporters wish to see.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 will be remaining the same in the months when rewards are distributed in a form of comic strip.

Tier 1 - 18p comics
Tier 2,3 - 4 pages of requests
After alteration
Tier 1 - Request(3 cut), 10 pages.
Votes will be accumulated. If your desired subject is not chosen in a month, you may have a better chance of getting chosen in the next month if you vote for the same subject.
Tier 2,3 - Request(3 cut), 4 pages
Same as before
Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct rewards will be comics.

Changes in distribution method
1st, 2nd of each month - payment
3rd of each month - voting for next month
Voting for 10 characters next month (with accumulated voting system, all patrons can throw a vote)
Voting for 4 characters next month (Tier 2,3)
All patrons will receive their rewards the next month.
10th of each month - distribution of previous month's rewards
+You can suggest which characters will be drawn 2 months later
