I think you already know of my suggestions for Honkai Impact 3rd in our regular conversations, so I shan't replay them. However, I would like to add two more: Rita Rossweiss and Bianka Atagenia (aka Durandal). Considering Rem as the last maid, and Rita being one, she'd be a great fit for you.
