Do you keep or sell your rare card pulls?

Just want a better idea of player's feelings towards this aspect of the cards.

totally fair! It's purely aesthetic gameplay wise and you benefit a lot monetarily by selling it. To each their own, some do like the novelty of it being in the deck, kinda like a trophy whilst others dont really care.
