April Week 3 - Update

Quick update to let you know that the MC's Birthday Event has been coded in! The sprite work and the VA work are being worked on as we speak and we just need to now work on some CG content and H-scene content!
We're so excited to have you all try this event out and we're excited to do more calendar events in the future. Something tells me there'll be another one coming soon in 0.16 too! If you know, you know.
