So I just watched your last three Re:Zero videos at once, so I'll add context/details/talk about things I remember from them, in reverse order.
In 18-19:
First of all, I want to just agree, the voice actors in this show, especially Subaru and Rem in this episode, are fucking amazing.
As for the whole Rem-Subaru confession/rejection thing, it's a bit weird how they adapted it from the novels, if I recall correctly. Subaru actually does have feelings for Rem, but his focus for the past 18 episodes has been Emilia, and he seems to be sticking to that, at least for now.
In episode 19 under the tree, they cut, I assume for time constraints, a scene where Rem says something along the lines of "I'm willing to be your second wife", which causes Subaru's heart to practically stop, and he says that, if Emilia is okay with Polygamy, he'd want that.
In 16-17:
There isn't much here, but one thing that was, again, cut for the sake of time, was that Otto has a Divine Protection that allows him to understand animals, and he was going crazy from hearing the Whale in his head, so loud. That's why he pushed Subaru off the cart. He later feels guilty, and so when he's being killed by the Witch's Cult, he tells the ground dragon to go back for Subaru, which you see the result of.
In 14-15:
Again, not much, maybe because I forgot some stuff since I watched it, but there is one thing--
To clarify the scene about Julius "playing the villain", the other Knights wanted to have Subaru executed for what he did at the Castle, so Julius challenged him to a duel, and beat the shit out of him, so that the knights would feel bad for Subaru, and no longer want to kill him. It's pretty much the same thing that Levi does to Eren in ep 14 of AOT, to avoid the Military Police shooting him, but in this case, Julius destroyed his career by fighting with a civilian.
Hope that clears up some things :)
