Should I keep posting NSFW in full view?

Lately I've been trying to start the title with [NSFW] so that it's easier to know "oh maybe I shouldn't open/look at this in public". But, I'm wondering if that's enough? Some other method I thought about was to post crops and then add them as attachments to the post...

Thanks!! Yeah, I figured putting NSFW in the title would be good enough for people who get email notifications, but I just worry that maybe there's something better I can be doing!
